Light to medium brown, also known as Medium Roast
Medium brown, with coffee beans just entering the "second crack" stage. It is a good choice if you like your coffee black.

Full City
Minimum order: 1lbs

Medium to dark brown, also known as Dark Roast
Our most popular roast. This is the 'one size fits all' of the coffee world. It is good black, or with milk and sugar. The coffee beans are finishing the "second crack" stage of roasting. If you can't decide between dark and medium, you want Full City.

Espresso

Brown to black, oil beginning to show
This is a good coffee to use for espresso and espresso drinks. It makes good desert coffees, or coffees that are heavy on milk and sugar.

French

Black and oily
Generally interchangeable with espresso and often used in place of espresso in desert coffee.

Very black and very oily
Coffee is black and very oily. Flavor is smoky, bordering on burnt. Essentially no acidity.
