Are you the person who always organizes your friends’ outings?  Are you the faculty member who doesn’t have time to publish because you’re too busy working with your students?  Maybe you’re the one who organizes the church rummage sale, the birthday party, or the anniversary celebration.

If you can organize people, we want to bring you to Guatemala, and we want you to come for free.  As the leader of a group, you’ll have extra responsibilities.  You’ll have to make sure everyone has their passport, gets to the airport on time, informs us about food allergies and medical conditions, and takes care of all the little details that make a group trip successful.  In Guatemala, you’ll have responsibilities as well, getting the group together each morning, debriefing the group in the evening, and so on.

In exchange for that extra work, we’re offering you a free trip.  If you organize a group of 10 people plus yourself, we’ll give you that trip for free.  If you organize 14 people plus yourself, we’ll pay for your plane ticket.*

Ok so this is how it works

	Stage 1 - You design the tour using our tour builder system, what this does is let YOU choose the activities that you want on your tour. You are in control, so you can make it as energetic or relaxing as you like!
	Stage 2 - Once you have built your tour an are happy with it you then fill in the tour leader online application form, in this you can choose a name for your tour, you then submit that form and we process your application.
	Stage 3 - Assuming all is ok and your application is approved we will then create a unique URL for you to promote your tour eg. http://www.asgreenasitgets.org/IdahoAcademyTour.  This will be your own tour website, it will have your tour details, along with Frequently asked questions section and some information on you - It will also answer some of the most common questions our tour leaders have.

Now this is the great bit - You are in complete control of your tour site! You can add information articles, answer peoples question, expand on the FAQ's or just get people interested in your tour.  You have complete control over the content, and we use the wordpress system to let you manage your site - so its really easy - no geeks required!!
